The Business Problem

TiGi, like many beauty product manufacturers, relies primarily on its salons to market and sell the majority of its products. TiGi needed a way to better market a continuously evolving product line to an amalgam of salons throughout the country.

The Engagement

Copper Mobile worked hand-in-hand with TiGi’s marketing team to develop a comprehensive mobile solution available to TiGi’s salon clientele throughout the country. Copper Mobile built a customized, intuitive backend console which enabled TiGi’s marketing and sales team to add or alter products and product

details on the fly. The salons’ app would update automatically with push notification functionality included. The app also streamlined the salons’ ordering process for TiGi products and integrated video content for improved uptake by salon personnel.

The Result

TiGi was able to better market and sell its products in salons throughout the country through its custom mobile app. The intuitive backend design made all this achievable without specialized technical knowledge of TiGi’s staff. The incorporation of video content,

product ordering, instant product updates, push notifications and baked-in analytics allowed TiGi’s marketing team to sell more product faster and make better, more-informed decisions in the future.
